ReplyProof helps you respond to customer questionnaires using your own company documents. You stay responsible for every answer.
Start with current sources.
Add a security policy, product overview, or other approved company document. PDF, TXT, and Markdown files are supported. PDFs retain page references; text documents use sections. Scans need OCR first.
Limits: 8 MB, 200 pages, and 150,000 characters per source; one million source characters per workspace.
Bring in the questionnaire.
Paste one question per line, or import an XLSX or CSV file. For a spreadsheet, select the sheet, header row, and question column. Preview the mapping before you import. Each questionnaire can contain up to 300 questions.
Draft, then check the evidence.
With AI connected, ReplyProof searches your sources, drafts answers, and checks that cited quotes exist in the selected text. Without an AI connection, it suggests verbatim source excerpts. Both modes require your review.
Open each citation to read the surrounding source text. A valid quote does not guarantee that an answer is complete or correct. If evidence is missing, add a source or write an answer and explain how you verified it.
Approve and export.
Every answer must be approved before export. Download a clean Excel workbook or CSV with questions, answers, citations, reviewer details, and notes. Original spreadsheet formatting is not preserved.
Editing an approved answer reopens review. Removing a cited source also reopens affected answers. Drafting can be stopped after the current question and resumed later.
